BOATS is responsible for the maintenance, including commissioning in the Spring and decommissioning in the Fall, of the Club launches and dinghies, including the mooring puller.

COMMUNICATIONS is responsible for publishing the Binnacle, production of club log and maintaining the Web Site.

DOCKS is responsible for the maintenance, including commissioning in the Spring and decommissioning in the Fall of the Club docks and gang planks. It also plans and implements improvements to the dock system.

GROUNDS is responsible for maintaining an operating the Club grounds.

 Ulrich Holzinger

HARBOR is responsible for the anchorage. This entails assigning mooring locations to members, promulgating the approved mooring system designs, assuring that individual mooring meet the design criteria, and hiring and supervising the diving service that services the moorings.

 Steve Booth

HOUSE is responsible for maintaining and operating the clubhouse, including the planning and implementing of improvements to the clubhouse.

MEMBERSHIP is responsible for enrolling new members, member services, and maintaining the mooring wait list.

RENDEZVOUS/CRUISING is responsible for coordinating all Club cruising functions, including weekend rendezvous. For more information, go to the Cruising/Rendezvous web page.

SAILING PROGRAMS is responsible for the Junior Sailing Program which includes planning the program, hiring the instructors, and supervising them. In addition, it is responsible for Adult  Sailing Programs. For more information, go to the Sailing Programs web page.

SECRETARY The Secretary  keeps records of all meetings, maintains a roster of members, and collects dues.

SOCIAL is responsible for facilitating all Club  social events, including Opening Cocktail party, Burger Burns,  Ladies Cup dinner, Pig Roast,   Annual Awards Dinner and Change of Watch dinner.

STEWARDS AND PERSONNEL is responsible for hiring and supervising the stewards. It is also responsible for the personnel aspects of all Club employees.

TREASURER  The Treasurer handles receipts and expenditures, an d keeps financial records, and provides reports as required.

FLEET CHAPLAIN ministers to the spiritual needs of the Club membership.

CLUB SCORER scores all club races.
