I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing 2001-2004 and all other rules that govern the International Etchells Canadian Championship Regatta. Furthermore, as a condition precedent to my participation in this regatta (including without limitation all activities relating thereto), my crew and I waive any and all claims including without limitation any claim in respect of assistance given or not given against Hudson Yacht Club and the directors, officers, members, guests and employees of the club for any injury or damage resulting from such participation.
